SCPFD Honors Firefighter and Employee of the Year
SCPFD is proud to announce Firefighter Zachary Crouse is the 2024 San Carlos Park Fire District Firefighter of the Year. Firefighter Crouse was nominated for his hard work, commitment to others, and ability to ignite the passion of duty in the Firefighters that surround him. His supervisors praised him as a Firefighter who leads through excellence, builds effective teams, and stays consistent. He was commended for being an extraordinary employee who serves with honor and who has a gift for leadership.

Division Chief Karth was nominated for his initiative, dedication, and innovation. He were touted as someone who is admired for their leadership and commitment to the team. His commitment to excellence, modernization of our EMS inventory management system, and efforts to develop a comprehensive training program has improved patient outcomes and made him an invaluable asset to our organization.
