The Executive Assistant/Records Management Liaison Coordinator is responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and maintaining the calendars of the Chief Officers. Additionally, she is responsible for routine daily operational details and a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to public records requests, research and preparation of materials for the annual budget, and governmental required reporting. The Executive Assistant is the Records Management Liaison Coordinator for the District. She is also a Certified District Manager.

Executive Assistant Jennifer Bossi has served the San Carlos Park Fire Protection and Rescue Service District since 2005.  Mrs. Bossi is certified in Human Relations Law, Labor Law, Record Management, and is a Notary Public.

Her accomplishments include being awarded the San Carlos Park Fire Employee of the Year on four occasions, Chiefs Achievement Award, Honorable Service Award, two Individual Citations, and the United States Marine Corps Reserve’s Commanders Award.

Mrs. Bossi brings more than 20 years of management and customer service experience to San Carlos Fire Protection and Rescue Service District and ensures each resident we serve receives the highest caliber of service.
